1. See to it that you have correct percentage of 2T-oil. 2. Check that the throttle opens up fully by full gas. 3. Check that the air filter is clean. 4. Change to a new spark plug. (B8ES) 5. Run the engine hot (about 4km or more) 6. Check that the choke is closing fully. 7. Set the needle jet clip in the lowest position 8. Test run and see if it 4 strokes on 50% throttle and on acceleration. a. if it 4 strokes, change the clip to one position higher and repeat 8. b. change to a lower position until it runs good (no 4 stroke) on acceleration and 50% throttle 9. Test run and change slow running jet until you find the biggest one you could have when it runs without 4 stroking on acceleration up to 25 throttle and driving up to 25% throttle. 10. Test run and change main jet until you find the biggest one you could have when it runs with out 4 stroking on full throttle (100%). 11. Adjust the idle speed until it barely runs (lowest possible revs.) 12. Adjust the air/petrol ratio until the position when the revs is getting higher and then stops to get higher. 13. Readjust idle speed to correct idle speed. 14. Open a beer and relax and the job is done! 4 strokes is when it runs like brrrooom and not like wrooom... I.E. when it not runs clean.
